Who We Are. Non Casu, the practice of João Coelho, based in Porto, Portugal. João Coelho is the controller of the information described here. Contact: contact@noncasu.com.

What We Collect. Only what you send through the contact form or the booking page: your name, company, work email and message.

Why. To reply to your request and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.

Who Processes It. Google Workspace (email and calendar), Cloudflare (hosting and form handling) and Resend (delivery of form notifications). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU, under the safeguards the GDPR requires. No data is sold or used for advertising.

How Long. Up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we work together, in which case contract records follow the retention the law requires.

Your Rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@noncasu.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD).

Cookies. This site uses no tracking cookies. Analytics, if any, are cookieless.
